Ms. Payton Elise Jenkins was born on December 21, 2020, to Ashley D. Jenkins and Patrick T. Rupert. Payton was a student at ICS- Noxubee Head Start. She was a joyful, loving, fun and sweet little girl that brightened the day of those she encountered. She enjoyed dancing, playing with baby dolls, and doing fun things with her family. Payton was a ray of sunshine that was loved dearly and will be missed tremendously.
Hearts were saddened at the passing of Payton on April 7, 2023, only two years of age. She leaves to cherish her sweet and loving memories, her mom, Ashley Jenkins (Macon, MS); her dad, Patrick Rupert (Macon, MS); her siblings, Jeremiah Jenkins, Tavarious Jenkins, Elijah Jenkins, and Alashia Jenkins (Macon, MS); Her grandparents, Penny (Robert) Neal (Brunswick, GA), Charles (Nellie) Turner, Brenda Rupert (Macon, MS), W.B. (Josphine) Yarbough; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
